Stress can have a very detrimental effect on our mental health. The stress and anxiety caused by working, studying and making new friends are very real. These are the only things I could find to help me with my stress level. I know that this is a difficult process, but the only way to truly learn to manage stress is through the process of self-therapy. There are many different ways to do this.
